Alex Horstein, Jr., 74, of Edison Park. Retired CPD, O'Hare
Airport and 023 rd District Tact Team. Passed away suddenly on
July 31, 2023. Beloved husband of Maureen, nee Halverson.
Loving father of Charlie Horstein and Carrie (Paul) Matthews.
Proud grandfather of Colton, Conor, Hudson, and Madeline.
Visitation will take place Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at the M J
Suerth Funeral Home, 6754 N. Northwest Hwy., Chicago from
5:00 pm until time of funeral service which will be held at 7:00
pm. Interment will be private.
