Brigid A. O’Malley, 87, native of Doughmakeon, Louisburgh, Co. Mayo, Ireland. Loving daughter of the late Anthony and Jane nee Burke. Dear sister of Mary Rita (the late Thomas) Flatley, the late Fr. Patrick, the late Thomas (the late Mary Ellen), Frank (Celia), and Austin of Ireland. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Former member of the Ursuline Sisters of Toledo, Ohio. Past Chieftan of the O’Malley Clan. Exuberant spirit, lifelong learner, fearless advocate, tireless teacher, and constant friend to all who met her.
Visitation Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 4 until 8 PM at the M J Suerth Funeral Home, Peter Heneghan, Director, 6754 N. Northwest Highway, Chicago. Funeral Friday 9:30 AM prayers to St. Paul of the Cross Church. Mass 10:00 AM. Interment private.
