Elvira Antonia Biancalana, 93, passed away Monday, November 8, 2021 at St. Paul House Health Care Center. Beloved wife of the late William D. Biancalana who passed away in 1991. Loving mother of Sharlene Biancalana, Kathleen (Brian) Shefner, Nancy (Donald) Kerstein, Annette (Joseph) Cirillo, Joseph (Jodi) Biancalana and the late Teresa (Sean) Flynn. Proud grandmother of John Peter (Traci) Raadsen, Amber (Chris) McKibbin, Matthew Donald Kerstein, Kelli Remeeus, Anthony (Kaylee) Behm, Megan Kerstein and Sara Flynn. Great grandmother of Sean, Brandon, Ava, Oliver and Frieda. Daughter of the late Salvatore and Teresa Grasso, nee Coletta. Dear sister of the late Americo, Marietta, Attilio, Amelia, Erminia and Olindo. Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation Sunday, November 14, 2021 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM at M J Suerth Funeral Home, 6754 N. Northwest Highway, Chicago. Funeral Monday, family and friends meeting at Saint Mary of the WoodsCatholic Church, 7033 N. Moselle, Chicago, 60646, for Mass at 10:30 AM. Mass will be live streamed and can be viewed at www.smow.org. .
