Gary R. Chanoux

Gary R. Chanoux, 74, of Schaumburg. Beloved son of the late Virginia Carrier. Gary is survived by his family Georgia Swanson, Mary Mel (Larry) Kroeger, Todd (Sandra) Swanson, Cale, Coby, Cade, Carter Swanson; Travis (Jennifer) Swanson, Krysta, Kevin, Kailey, Kinah,Kenzie Swanson, Elias and Emery; Tanner (Krista) Kroeger, Quinn and Carson Kroeger; Michael(Katie) Kroeger, Madyson, Logan and Avery Kroeger. Longtime cherished friend of Gary Downing and many other friends and colleagues.

Gary had worked 30+ years as the Director of Cardiovascular Services at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Chicago. He was instrumental in running and teaching the Cardiovascular Ultrasound Program at Harper College. Gary also launched two successful businesses; GRC Holter Monitor/Echocardiogram readings and Physicians Services Corporation a medical billing company.

The funeral will take place Saturday, March 11, 2023. Family and friends gathering at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 1011 E. Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg, IL 60194 from 10:00 am until time of funeral Mass at 11:00am. A reception will follow. The interment is private.
