Martin J. Heneghan, 57, native of Tourmakeady, Co. Mayo, Ireland. Beloved husband of the late Maryanne nee Plunkett. Loving father of John and Kate Heneghan. Dear son of Martin A. and the late Ellen, nee Berry and son-in-law of Kathleen and the late  Thomas Plunkett. Dear brother of John, Helen (Danny) O’Connell and Padraic (Feena Ward) Heneghan. Cherished nephew, uncle, cousin and friend of many. Special dog dad of Finn. Long time employee of Idlewood Electric. 
Martin was an avid Mayo and Leeds United fan.                                                                                           

Visitation  Tuesday, June 21, 2022, from 4-8 pm at M.J. Suerth Funeral Home, Peter T. Heneghan, Director, 6754 N. Northwest Highway, Chicago, IL, 60631.

Family and friends meeting at 9:45 am at St Juliana Church, 7201 N Oketo (at Touhy) for Mass at 10:00 am. Interment Maryhill Cemetery.
