Matthew T Cusack

Matthew T. Cusack, 60, of the northwest side of Chicago. Beloved husband of Donna, nee Boston. Loving father of Patrick (Carrie) Cusack, Sean Cusack,  Christopher Cusack and Matthew ( Melissa) Cusack.
Proud grandfather of Matthew, Fiona, Mason and Elizabeth.  Dear son of the late Margaret and the late James Cusack. Loving brother of James  (Eileen), Mary (S. Kris) Jakel, Daniel (Carrie), Michael (Debbie), Thomas and John (Rebecca) Cusack.  Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. 

Matthew attended and graduated from St Juliana School and Notre Dame High School and was a dedicated father, loving husband and great brother. He made an impact on everyone who was fortunate to know him. 

Visitation Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at the M J Suerth Funeral Home, 6754 N. Northwest Hwy., Chicago from        4-8pm.   Funeral Wednesday, prayers 11:00 am  at funeral home to St. Juliana Church. 7201 N. Oketo (at Touhy) Chicago.  Mass will be celebrated at 11:30 am.  Interment will be private
