Robert John Mergens, 95, of Chicago, at peace with Christ February 15, 2026. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy, nee Jankusky, for over 60 years.

Loving father of Colleen Koroyanis and Kevin (Michelle) Mergens. Cherished grandfather of Robert, Darcy, Patrick and Casey. Dear friend and neighbor of many. Longtime parishioner and supporter of St. Juliana Parish.

Memorial Funeral Mass Saturday, February 28, 2026, 11:30 a.m. at St. Juliana Church, 7201 N. Oketo (at Touhy), Chicago. Inurnment private at Maryhill Cemetery.
