Thomas "TJ" Evert, 81, US Army Veteran, lifetime resident of Edison Park, at rest February 13, 2024. Beloved husband of Ginny nee Sutton. Loving father Dana (Brett) Huelat, Rory Evert, and T.J. (Ashley) Evert, Jr.. Proud grandfather of Anthony, Mia and Sierra. Dear brother of the late Gloria (late Bob) Bartell, late Katie (late Bob) Knoll, late Buddy (Bev) Evert. Loving son of the late August and Gladys Evert. Dear uncle of many nieces, nephews and friend of many. Longtime member of Teamsters Local 786.
Visitation Saturday February 17, 2024 at Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Home, Peter Heneghan director, 6250 N. Milwaukee Ave., Chicago. 10:00 a.m. until time of service 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow with the rendering of Military Honors at Maryhill Cemetery, Niles.
